Returns

 

We hope you love your pieces from THE ISLA, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

We accept returns on eligible full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

To request a return, email hello@the-isla.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide the return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.

Non-returnable items:

  • Items marked final sale
  • Items purchased with a discount code over 20%
  • Worn or damaged items

Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus original shipping fees. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect.

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order.

For faulty items, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

International customers: Duties and shipping fees are non-refundable. Please mark the parcel as “Return Goods” to avoid additional customs charges.
